1.Introduction

• Single Account: Each individual may maintain only one (1) active account on jilicity88. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether under different names, email addresses, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
• Personal Use: Accounts may only be opened for personal recreational use. Opening accounts on behalf of third parties, operating accounts using another person's funds, or facilitating gambling on behalf of others is prohibited.

5.Terms of Use

By using the jilicity88 Platform, you agree to use all services in good faith, for legitimate personal entertainment purposes only. You further agree that:

• All funds deposited into your account are from legitimate sources and you are the lawful owner of such funds;
• You will not use the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity;
• You will not engage in any form of cheating, collusion, or use of automated software, bots, or scripts to gain an unfair advantage;
• You will not exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform — any bugs identified must be reported to our support team immediately;
• You will comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction relating to online gambling;

jilicity88 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology in all casino games. Game outcomes are statistically random and cannot be predicted, manipulated, or influenced by the Company or by any Player.

6.Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits: jilicity88 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM) via the following approved payment channels: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online Banking, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and BNB. The minimum deposit amount is RM30. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods that are registered in the Player's name and have been previously verified through the KYC process. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following general processing timeframes:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay: typically 5–30 minutes after approval;
• DuitNow: typically instant to 15 minutes;

jilicity88 does not charge withdrawal processing fees for standard transactions. However, cryptocurrency network fees are the responsibility of the Player and will be deducted from the withdrawal amount at prevailing network rates.

The Company reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification, pending investigation of suspicious account activity, or pending fulfilment of applicable wagering requirements.

7.Bonuses & Promotions

jilicity88 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including but not limited to: welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral rewards, and cryptocurrency deposit bonuses. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions:

• Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement of between 20x and 35x the bonus amount before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted;
• One Bonus Per Player: Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and may be claimed once per person, household, IP address, or payment method;

8.Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jilicity88 Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all associated funds:

• Creating more than one account on the Platform;
• Providing false or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using a payment method not registered in your own name;
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering or any other financial crime;
• Using any automated tool, bot, scraper, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform in place of genuine human play;
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing anomalies in the Platform's games or betting markets;
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly poker or live dealer tables;
• Abusing bonuses through low-risk or matched-betting strategies that exploit promotional terms in bad faith;
• Accessing or attempting to access another Player's account without authorisation;
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes without first attempting to resolve the issue through jilicity88 support channels.

9.Intellectual Property

All content available on the jilicity88 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software, is the property of jilicity88 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, redistribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content found on the Platform without express written permission from jilicity88.

10.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jilicity88 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Gambling losses of any amount resulting from gameplay on the Platform;
• Technical failures, server downtime, or connectivity issues affecting the Platform;
• Errors in game software, provided such errors are corrected and affected bets are voided where appropriate;
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers including Maybank, CIMB, Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, or FPX networks;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

jilicity88's total aggregate liability to any Player, regardless of the basis of the claim, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 90-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.Termination & Suspension

jilicity88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player's account, with or without prior notice, in the event of:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe;
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct;
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months;
• A Player's voluntary self-exclusion request made through our Responsible Gambling tools.

Upon closure of an account, any real money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method following completion of any pending compliance checks. 12.Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jilicity88 holds its operating licence.
